책소개
본 저서의 구성은 크게 네 부분으로 구성되었다.
PARTⅠ에서는 제1장 목적 및 용어정의, 제2장 용도지역 및 용도지구안의 건축물, 제3장 건축법의 적용으로 구성되어 건축법의 목적과 용어의 정의, 대지의
구분 및 조치, 건축법의 적용에 관한 제규정 및 특례 등에 관하여 기술하였다.
PARTⅡ에서는 제4장 건축허가에서부터 사용승인까지, 제5장 건축물의 유지와관리로 구성되어 건축물의 기획, 허가 그리고 등기촌탁까지의 내용으로 건축물
이 생성되어 유지·관리되기까지의 전 과정에 대해 기술하였다.
PARTⅢ에서는 제6장 건축물의 면적, 높이 및 층수의 산정, 제7장 건축물의 건폐율, 용적률 및 높이기준, 제8장 건축물의 대지와 도로로 구성하여 건축물, 대
지, 도로 등의 면적, 높이 등과 관련한 제법규 내용을 기술하였다.
PARTⅣ에서는 제9장 건축물의 구조 및 피난·방재기준, 제10장 건축설비로 구성하여 건축물의 구조와 관련한 피난·방재 그리고 건축설비에 관한 제법규의 내
용을 기술하였다.
